Jermo Pauli Johannes Laosmaa (1911–1962) was a Finnish architect based in Helsinki. He was the son of school principal Alex I. Lindholm and studied in Germany, graduating as an architect from Strelitz Technical Institute in 1935. Laosmaa worked in various positions, including at SOK's construction department and with architectural firms, and was the manager of Valio's construction department from 1950. He married fellow architect Marjatta Gestrin in 1939, and they collaborated on several residential buildings.
