Jerome Messam is a former Canadian football running back known for his impactful nine-season career in the CFL, playing for five teams. Initially signed as an undrafted free agent by the BC Lions, he notably became the seventh Canadian to rush for over 1,000 yards in a season and won the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian Award. His accomplishments include two CFL All-Star selections, three CFL West All-Star selections, and he was named the Grey Cup's Most Valuable Canadian in 2017. Messam played college football at Graceland University.
