Jesper Steinmetz (born May 7, 1967) is a Danish journalist and foreign correspondent for TV2. Since 2023, he has served as the Europe correspondent based in London, previously reporting from the USA from 2010 to 2023. He was an exchange student in the USA and trained as a journalist at Denmark's Journalisthøjskole. Steinmetz has worked as a reporter for TV2 in the Danish Parliament, political reporter, and cultural journalist for Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten, and was also associated with DR, where he hosted the program Synspunkt.
