Jesús Valdés Álvarez, also known as Tito Valdés, is a retired Galician footballer born on October 10, 1949, in Santiago de Compostela. He played as a midfielder and is a historic player for Burgos CF, where he holds the record for the most appearances and served as the last captain before the club's dissolution. Valdés began his career at Compostela, then moved to Ourense, achieving promotion to Segunda División in the 1972/73 season. He spent nine seasons at Burgos, making 321 official appearances and scoring 62 goals, including 21 in La Liga.
