Jihad Abdel Suleiman Muhaisen (December 14, 1970 – October 19, 2023) was a Major General and the commander of the Palestinian National Security Forces in the Gaza Strip. He held various positions within the Ministry of Interior. He was killed along with several family members due to an Israeli airstrike that directly hit his home on October 19, 2023, during the events of Operation Al-Aqsa Deluge.
