Jill Mills is an American weightlifter, former bodybuilder, and twice crowned Strongest Woman in the World. Born on March 2, 1972, in Texas, she competed in bodybuilding from 1991 to 1993 before transitioning to weightlifting, where she broke numerous records. Mills won the Strongest Woman in the Southwest USA title in 2001 and followed it up with back-to-back victories at the Strongest Woman in the World competition in 2001 and 2002, establishing herself as a leading figure in the sport.
