James Alexander Douglas, born on February 21, 1939, is a former Australian rugby union international. He grew up in Sydney and developed his rugby skills at Yanco Agricultural High School and Hawkesbury Agricultural College. After moving south, he played for Melbourne RUFC and represented Victoria. In 1962, he played against the touring All Blacks and subsequently made the Wallabies squad for the New Zealand tour, participating in all three Test matches as a speedy winger.
