Jin Stragier, born Adriana Paula Stragier, was a Belgian painter born on February 2, 1924, in Uitkerke. She showed a passion for painting from a young age, selling her first painting at just 5 years old. During World War II, she was involved in resistance activities. After the war, she pursued her dream of becoming a painter, studying at the art academy in Brugge. Her artistic style features symbolism combined with surrealism, and her works have been sold internationally, reaching markets from Europe to the United States. She passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 96.
