Mgr. Jiřina Veselská, born Rousová on October 12, 1943, in Petrovicích u Třebíče, is a Czech ethnographer, museum worker, and university educator. She is an honorary member of the Czech Ethnographic Society and has received the Artis Bohemiae Amicis award from the Czech Minister of Culture. In 2012, she was awarded the Honorary Prize of the Five Red Roses by the Czech Ethnographic Society for her project on the accessibility of bibliographies of ethnographic journals.
