Jitender Singh Malik is a former Member of Parliament from Sonepat, India. Before his tenure in Parliament, he served as a legislator from the Kailana assembly constituency in Haryana. In the 2009 general elections, he achieved victory against the incumbent MP Chaudhary Kishan Singh Sangwan from the BJP. Malik comes from a family with a legacy of public service, with his father having been a minister in Haryana and his grandfather a freedom fighter and member of the Lok Sabha and Punjab Vidhan Sabha.
