Since March 2017, he has been the publisher of the weekly newspaper Bjäre Nu in Båstad. He also became the editor of Laholms Tidning in November 2021. Ormsmarck co-owns Made in Båstad AB with his wife, overseeing multiple local newspapers and starting a national sales company in 2024.
