Joana Maria Jaciara da Silva Neves, born on February 14, 1987, is a Brazilian swimmer. She represented Brazil at the 2012 and 2016 Paralympics, where she won a total of two silver medals and two bronze medals. In 2015, she made history by winning a gold medal in the 50m freestyle at the IPC World Championships, becoming the first Brazilian woman to achieve an individual gold medal in swimming at this level.
