Jody Stephens is an American drummer, born on October 4, 1952. He was a member of the influential band Big Star and also played with Golden Smog. Following the passing of his fellow Big Star members, he remains the last original member. Jody collaborates with Luther Russell in the duo Those Pretty Wrongs, which debuted with a 7" in 2015 and an LP in 2016. He contributed to a 2018 song by the Lemon Twigs and produced the 2019 LP Electric Power for the Reputations band.
