Joe DeLong is an American politician known for his service as a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2000 to 2008, representing the 1st District. He held the position of Majority Leader from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, he opted not to seek re-election for the House, instead pursuing an unsuccessful primary campaign for the position of West Virginia Secretary of State. He is the son of Teresa and Robert DeLong, hailing from New Cumberland, West Virginia.
