Joe Mullins, born Joseph C. Mullins on October 18, 1937, in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, is a former Canadian middle-distance runner and sprinter. He competed in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games, where he finished fourth in the 4x440 yards relay and did not progress in the 880 yards heats. At the 1960 Rome Olympics, he was eliminated in the first round of both the 800m and 1500m events, but his team reached the semifinals in the 4x400m relay. He was the Canadian champion in the 880 yards in 1958.
