Johannes Torpe is a Danish designer and house music producer born on January 5, 1973. He grew up in Thylejren and is the half-brother of musician Rune Reilly Kølsch. Together, they collaborate on both design and music projects, producing tracks under the name Artificial Funk. They are best known for the hit 'Calabria,' which gained popularity in the US during the winter of 2007/2008. Additionally, they co-founded the record label Arti Farti in 2005.
