John Alfred Gambling (1930–2004) was a prominent American radio personality, known for hosting WOR Radio's 'Rambling with Gambling' over three generations. The show, which ran for over 75 years, was recognized as the 'world's longest-running radio show' by Guinness World Records in 2003. Gambling interviewed notable figures and pioneered on-air school closings and traffic reports. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he was active in radio from 1959 to 1991, co-hosting with his son from 1985 to 1991. He died from heart failure in Venice, Florida.
