John Arne Moen is a Norwegian communication director and former journalist, born in 1965. He began his career in 1983 at Stjørdalingen before working as an editor and freelancer. He served in various roles including information chief for the Centre Party and editor of its newspaper. Moen worked at Forsvarets forum, Aftenposten, and Nationen, later becoming political editor and chief editor at Trønder-Avisa. From 2020 to 2022, he led the Privacy Commission, and in 2023, he became the communication director at Åkerblå. He was appointed to the board of Helse Midt-Norge in 2024.
