John Rualo Castriciones, born on January 8, 1962, is a Filipino lawyer and writer known for serving as the Secretary of Agrarian Reform from 2017 to 2021 under President Duterte. A member of the Philippine Military Academy's class of 1984, he previously held roles in local government and education, including law professor. His education includes a political science degree and an LL.M. in Comparative Government from Notre Dame. Castriciones faced legal issues during martial law but was later pardoned. He co-founded the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas and is a farmer's son from Nueva Vizcaya.
