Lt. General John Joseph Cusick, born on March 11, 1942, is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant general. He served as the 42nd Quartermaster General from July 1991 to August 1993. Cusick began his military career in May 1964 after being commissioned as a second lieutenant via Army ROTC at the University of Scranton, where he also earned a bachelor's degree in American history. He holds master's degrees in American history from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and in management from Webster University. Cusick retired honorably on May 31, 1998.
