John Douglas Harrower is an Australian Anglican bishop born on 16 October 1947. He served as the eleventh Bishop of Tasmania from 2000 to 2015. Harrower was educated at the University of Melbourne and initially worked as a petroleum engineer. He was ordained a deacon in 1984 and a priest in 1986. Post his episcopal service, he served as an assistant bishop in the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne from 2015 to 2020, assisting Archbishop Philip Freier. Harrower retired from this role in March 2020.
