John Högman is a Swedish jazz musician born in 1953 in Stockholm, known for playing tenor and baritone saxophones as well as the clarinet. He grew up in Uppsala and was influenced by a recording from clarinetist Edmond Hall. Högman studied at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and collaborated with notable musicians including Mel Lewis and Nat Pierce. He developed a musical style blending swing and bop, releasing several albums and teaching jazz in Visingsö.
