John Gardner Jamieson was a Canadian-American curler born on February 14, 1925, in Winnipeg. He represented the Granite Curling Club in the 1961 Scotch Cup, winning a bronze medal. A World War II veteran, he served in the Royal Canadian Navy. Following his military service, he worked as an inspector, then moved to the United States. Jamieson held various positions, including at Boeing, and became a business owner, managing Riverside Tavern and Wallace Poultry in Washington until his passing on November 10, 2001.
