John Morrison Riddell-Swan (李德宏) was a British colonial veterinarian and agricultural officer who served as the Director of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation in Hong Kong from 1980 to 1986. He graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh in 1948. During his tenure, he led initiatives against rabies and worked to improve farming practices and education for fishermen's children. He also established new hiking trails in Hong Kong. After retiring, he served as the International Affairs Director for Asia Television and later as a non-executive director for Cultural Communications, eventually retiring in Queensland, Australia.
