John Robert Stevens (1919–1983) was an American pastor and cult leader, known for founding The Living Word Fellowship in the 1950s. Growing up in Iowa, he began preaching before the age of 16, later moving to California where he became a pastor. Influenced by the Healing Revival and the teachings of William Branham, Stevens diverged from traditional denominations, establishing his own ministry. He led the organization until his death, and his teachings continue to influence followers today through published writings and recordings.
