John T. Stock (January 26, 1911 – February 6, 2005) was a British chemist and historian of chemistry. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry in 1941, followed by a Master's in Electrochemistry in 1944, and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry in 1949 from the University of London. He had roles in industry and government, later becoming Vice-Principal of Norwood Technical College, and a professor at the University of Connecticut. He specialized in the history of chemical apparatus and electrochemistry and received the Dexter Award in 1992.
