John David Taylor, Baron Kilclooney, born on 24 December 1937 in Armagh, is a British politician associated with the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP). He has served as a Member of Parliament in the House of Commons, a Member of the European Parliament, and since 2001, he has been a Life Peer in the House of Lords. Taylor has also been a member of the Northern Ireland assemblies, including serving as the Northern Ireland Minister of Home Affairs at one point.
