John Henry Thomas (February 21, 1952 – March 3, 2016) was a Welsh guitarist known for his work with the Edgar Broughton Band and the George Hatcher Band. He joined Budgie in 1979, replacing Rob Kendrick, and played with them until 1988, later rejoining from 1995 to 2002. He contributed to albums like Power Supply and Nightflight. In the 1980s, he was part of the band Phenomena, recording albums such as Phenomena and Dream Runner. He passed away in 2016 due to pneumonia.
