Jon Scott Dunkle, also known as the Peninsula Serial Killer, is an American serial killer responsible for the murders of three young boys in California from 1981 to 1985. Convicted in 1989 with a death sentence, he received a life sentence without parole in 1994 after pleading guilty to another murder. Dunkle was also involved in assaults on other boys and various crimes, including burglaries and hit-and-run incidents.
