Jon Elling Buen Garnås (30 December 1977 - 25 April 2012) was a renowned Norwegian folk musician, recognized as one of the country's leading harmonica players. He discovered the harmonica in 2001 and won the prestigious gullharpen at Landskappleiken, later being named 'Folk Musician of the Year' in 2002. He performed in a trio with musicians Anders Røine and Ole Bjørn Skoe, and excelled at various competitions until his tragic death in a traffic accident in 2012.
