Jonathan Clive Marks, Baron Marks of Henley-on-Thames, QC, born on October 19, 1952, is a British lawyer and Liberal Democrat life peer in the House of Lords. He was called to the bar in 1975 and served as a law lecturer at various universities in Malaysia, Mauritius, and Sri Lanka. He became a Queen's Counsel in 1995 and has been involved in politics as a member of the SDP and later the Liberal Democrats, serving in various party roles. He was made a life peer on January 13, 2011.
