Jonathan William A. Woodall, known as Jonnie Woodall, was a British luger, bobsledder, and skeleton athlete born on January 25, 1946, in Oxford. He began his sporting career with the Army Cresta Team in 1970 and competed in luge, bobsleigh, and skeleton events. He participated in the 1972 Winter Olympics and won multiple national titles in both bobsleigh and skeleton. After retiring from competition, he served as the president of the British Skeleton Programme and worked as a commentator. Woodall tragically died in a cycling accident on April 3, 2009.
