Joram van Klaveren is a Dutch politician who served as a member of the Dutch Parliament from the Party for Freedom from June 17, 2010, to March 21, 2014. Known for his anti-Muslim comments, he held extreme right-wing views before converting to Islam in October 2018. After leaving the Party for Freedom, he worked independently and focused on issues of equality and labor demographics until March 23, 2017. Van Klaveren published a book about his religious experiences titled 'Apostate from Christianity to Islam in the Age of Secularism and Terrorism' in 2019.
