Jorge Manuel Domecq Fernández de Bobadilla is a Spanish diplomat born on November 28, 1960, in Jerez de la Frontera. He has served as the Ambassador of Spain to the Philippines since January 2011, having entered the diplomatic career in 1985. His extensive experience includes working for NATO and serving in the Cabinet of the Minister of Defense. Domecq also held positions in the Spanish Embassy in Italy and served as the director of the Gibraltar Bureau. He was the director general at the UN, overseeing humanitarian affairs until January 2011.
