Jorge García Sertucha, also known as Patas, is a member of the terrorist organization ETA. He was born on April 2, 1968, in Guecho, Spain. Sertucha was sentenced to 37 years in prison for attempting to assassinate King Juan Carlos I in August 1995 in Palma de Mallorca.
