Among his most popular comic characters were Amadeo Curdeli, Don Chanta, Don Marcos, Ojo de águila, Chicato, Fueguino, Juancito Tapiales, Julepino, Naufrasio, and Rumorino. Palacio passed away on September 17, 2006, in his hometown, leaving behind a significant legacy in the world of Argentine animation and storytelling.
