Jorge Quispe Palomino, also known as Comrade Raúl, was a historical leader of the Peruvian terrorist organization with a Maoist-Leninist tendency, the Militarized Communist Party of Peru. Born in Ayacucho in 1970, he played a significant role in the organization until his death in January 2021.
