Jorry Soleman Koloay is an Indonesian Air Force officer and Major General, born on January 3, 1971. He currently serves as the Head of the Strategic Research and Development Center of the Indonesian National Armed Forces since December 18, 2023. A graduate of the Air Force Academy in 1992, he has extensive experience as a fighter pilot. His last position before his current role was as the Chief of Staff of the National Air Operations Command. He has gained recognition for his academic accomplishments in military education.
