Jorunn Aanderaa is a Norwegian author born on September 12, 1934, in Beitstad. She studied literature and has worked as a teacher, in bookstores, and at publishing houses. Aanderaa made her literary debut with the poetry collection 'Hansen på jorden' in 1966, which features graphic poetry and collage-style poems. She published 'Tidssignalet' in 1967 and 'Til' in 1969, but did not release any new works until 2012 when 'Rat-a-tat-tat!' was published with a foreword by Eldrid Lunden.
