Jos van der Donk is a Dutch athlete specializing in javelin throwing, born on January 20, 1954. He lost his lower leg due to an accident during military service. Van der Donk debuted in athletics in 1980 and has participated in several Paralympic Games, winning silver in Stoke Mandeville in 1984 and gold in Seoul in 1988. After taking a break from competitive sports in 1990, he made a comeback in 2000 and also competed in 2004. He was selected for the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing but retired after that event.
