José Antonio Hernández Fraguas is a Mexican politician born on May 29, 1958, in Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca. He is a former member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and has served as a Federal and Local Deputy. He also represented the PRI before the National Electoral Institute (INE) and was elected as the Municipal President of Oaxaca City twice, holding office from 2007 to 2010 and again from 2017 to 2018.
