He moved to Venezuela at the age of seven, where he began musical studies with various notable instructors. He founded the Conservatorio de Música de Carabobo and the Fundación Orquesta Sinfónica de Carabobo, serving as the Artistic and Musical Director of the orchestra for 33 years. After his passing on December 21, 2018, he received posthumous tributes in several countries, including Venezuela and Brazil.
