José Choto is a Belizean road cyclist known for his achievements in the Tour of Belize. He won the overall classification in 2003 and had more successes in 2005. In 2006, he was second and third in stages of the same tour. In 2008, he placed third in the first stage of the Belize National Cycling Championship and won the Dr. Miguel Rosado Classic one-day race. The following year, he finished third in the individual time trial at the national championship behind champion Ernest Meighan.
