José David Cabello Rondón is a Venezuelan politician born on September 11, 1969. He served as the Venezuelan Minister of Infrastructure in July 2006 and later became the head of SENIAT, the Venezuelan tax agency, in February 2008. Prior to these roles, he was the head of Conviasa, the Venezuelan airline, from April to June 2006. His political career has focused on infrastructure and tax administration in Venezuela.
