José Isabel Ceceña Lugo, born on August 20, 1963, in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, is a retired Mexican baseball pitcher who had a professional career spanning 21 seasons from 1983 to 2004. He was the tenth player from Sonora and the first native of Obregón to play in Major League Baseball, competing from 1988 to 1993. After his playing career, he transitioned into coaching roles with various professional teams.
