José María de Andrés Ferrando (b. March 25, 1944) is a Valencian politician and former deputy in the first and fourth legislatures of the Corts Valencianes. An agricultural engineer by training, he has served as a professor of business organization at the Universitat Politècnica de València. He was also president of the Social Council of the same university between 1997 and 1998. As a member of the Popular Democratic Party, he was elected as a deputy in the 1983 and 1995 Corts Valencianes elections, serving on various educational and emergency committees.
