He specialized in high jump, achieving notable results, including being the first athlete from Navarre to jump over 2 meters. His personal best in high jump is 2.03 meters. Currently, he serves as the president of the Multisclerosis Association of Navarre. While he also competed in the 110-meter hurdles, his most significant achievements came from his prowess in high jump.
