José Militão Costa is a Brazilian lawyer and politician from Minas Gerais, born on May 13, 1942. He served as a state deputy in Minas Gerais for two consecutive terms during the 11th and 12th legislatures from 1989 to 1995, representing the PFL party. In 1998, he was elected a federal deputy for Minas Gerais, serving in the 51st and 52nd legislatures from 1999 to 2007.
