José Rakotoarisoa Harison, known as José Rakoto, is a Malagasy rugby union player born on December 11, 1980. He has played primarily as a fly-half and fullback. Over his career, he has played for various teams including F.I.T.A.M.I.B.A., XV Simpatiques, and 3F.B. He gained international recognition representing Madagascar since 2002, where he was a runner-up in the Africa Champions and played in the Rugby World Cup qualifyings. Notably, he was part of the winning team at the 2012 Africa Cup and is the top scorer for his national team as of 2020.
