José Santacruz Londoño, also known as Chip or Don Chip, was a prominent leader of the Cali Cartel in Colombia. Born on October 1, 1943, he was one of the key figures alongside Gilberto Rodríguez Orejuela and Miguel Rodríguez Orejuela. He played a significant role in the drug trafficking operations during the height of the cartel's power in the 1990s. His life came to an end on March 5, 1996, amid the violent conflicts associated with the drug trade.
